Shipping:

Sylvie Pillows ships to all 50 states and to Canada. Special rates are applicable to Hawaii and Alaska and to Canada. Please consult us for further information.

Your order will be shipped with UPS or United States Postal Services from Brooklyn, NY.

Please note that UPS does not allow B.O. box addresses.

 We always ship ground unless otherwise requested.

 Taxes:

 We collect sales tax in New-York State.

 Return and Exchange:

 If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase in 7 days after delivery when it is presented in saleable condition and in its original package.

 Simply follow the guidelines below. Full-priced merchandise will be credited based on the current selling price.

We cannot exchange, replace or credit personalized /customized  items or sales items.

Should you wish to return or exchange merchandise, please do so using either of the two options:

BY MAIL RETURNS/EXCHANGES
For future reference, retain the top portion of the Shipping Summary packing list. Enclose the completed Return/Exchange Form with your shipment. The shipping address is on the Return/Exchange form.
